Clarkson Music Theatre is very proud of our upcoming season. All Shook Up hits the Meadowvale Theatre stage on Nov.18 and runs eight shows till our close Nov.27. This one is full of great talent, music, a story for the ages, and the all shook up melodies of Elvis Presley.
Clarkson is also very proud of our Christmas Cheer Choir. This group, under the direction of Ann Wright / produced by Seona Sydor, is 35 members strong. They have been rehearsing since September readying their show to be presented to twelve senior centres in the Mississauga Community. The Christmas Cheer Choir is the heart and soul of Clarkson Music Theatre and in many ways is our most worthwhile and impactful production. And finally a heads up that our upcoming spring concert, "Be Our Guest", under the music direction of Bob Hardinge, will hold auditions for principal singers on January 14. Email [email protected] as of December 1st for an audition time. Rehearsals for this concert begin mid March and run twice weekly at Christ Church, 1700 Mazo Crescent. Performance will be at Eden United Church on May 12 and 13, 2017.
